Dear new ESNcard holders,

We heard that in the past couple of weeks some of you had problems with registering their ESNcards. We're very sorry for the inconvenience and we're currently working on solving this problem. We've contacted ESN NL and they sent us a little check list. Please go through these questions!

1. Did you fill everything out correctly Pay extra attention to caps/space or other typos!
2. Did you register another ESNcard before (in The Netherlands or another country)?
3. Did you manage to make an account Were you logged in when you tried to register your card?

If it still doesn't work, don't hesitate to find us during our office hours (returning on Monday, 19th February) and we will help you out or swap your card!
