As Integration Manager at ESN Breda, you'll be the heart of building connections between local and international students. You’ll oversee the Airport Pick-up Service, the Buddy Program, and cultural events to help new students feel at home. During the semester, you’ll organise Buddy Events to build meaningful connections, assist with BUas and Avans introduction days, and help students navigate their transition to Breda. This dynamic role provides the chance to collaborate with external partners, develop cultural integration projects, and support students from diverse backgrounds, all while gaining a unique multicultural experience!

Executive Board
The executive board of ESN Breda are responsible for the organisation’s day-to-day tasks, policies, committees, and activities. They’re the people who keep the ESN Breda machine up and running at all times. These positions usually take up to 20hr/week, depending on the volume of work needed.
In this role, you’ll be the creative engine behind ESN Breda’s campaigns and public image! From promoting recruitment drives and buddy programs to showcasing ESNcard discounts and events, you’ll blend offline and online strategies to captivate audiences. You’ll design awesome merchandise and supplies that align with ESN’s international visual identity, ensuring we stand out in style. Plus, you’ll shape our public image, grow event reach with smart PR moves, and oversee graphic design projects (with a little help from the committee, of course). It’s all about making ESN Breda shine!

This is where our clever little Events volunteers brew all the fun. This committee is the creative force behind unforgettable experiences. They bring students together through a mix of social, cultural, and sports events, from legendary parties and themed nights to exciting trips. This committee is all about helping students connect, make memories, and fully enjoy their time in Breda. If you’re passionate about creating incredible moments, this is where you belong!
The Integration Committee is all about building bridges and fostering connections. They manage the Buddy System, offering new international students a warm welcome and personal support as they navigate their new life in Breda. On top of that, they organise cultural and chill events designed to bring people together, create friendships, and make everyone feel part of a vibrant and inclusive community.
The Marketing Committee is the voice of ESN Breda, spreading the word about events and initiatives through social media, newsletters, and other communication channels. Their goal? To keep the student community engaged and excited. This dynamic team includes roles for graphic designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and website designers—all working together to make ESN Breda shine and connect with its audience.
The Sales Committee is all about building strong partnerships with local businesses and sponsors to bring awesome benefits to ESN members. Their main focus is securing discounts and special deals like those fantastic ESNcard offers. By connecting with businesses, they ensure that ESN members get the best perks around town!
